About Fred Wehba

Fred WehbaSeasoned businessman and entrepreneur Fred Wehba is the chairman and co-founder of a privately-held real estate investment agency. Formed in 1993, this company is driven by the 60+ years of combined real estate and corporate leadership experience of Fred Wehba and his partner and son, C. Frederick Wehba II.

Growing up in a small town in Texas, Fred Wehba began his working life helping out at his father’s grocery chain. Upon graduation from North Texas State University in 1969, Fred Wehba moved, with his new wife Suzi, to Oklahoma where he remained in the grocery business. The couple purchased several small failing grocery stores, which were then improved and sold for profit. Fred Wehba was quite successful in this endeavor, often seeing an ROI of five times his original investment.

Fred Wehba left Oklahoma for Colorado in 1977, but not before leaving a real estate legacy of more than 173,000 square feet of retail and supermarket space. In Colorado, Fred Wehba served as the president of a twenty-store, high-end grocery store chain. In 1989, Fred Wehba moved to California and shortly thereafter shifted his full focus to real estate.

Since the beginning of his career, Fred Wehba has followed three guiding principles: hard work, charitable generosity, and family values derived from a strong Christian faith. He has been honored as Man of the Year (Los Angeles, 2003) and named to the Who’s Who of America’s Business Leaders list. Fred Wehba spends most of his personal time involved with charitable organizations throughout California. He has served on the boards and committees for numerous organizations including the Muscular Dystrophy Association, California Baptist University, and The Jeffrey Foundation.

Fred Wehba considers himself first and foremost a family man. He and wife Suzi reside in Los Angeles and enjoy spending time with their adult children, grandchildren, and extended family.
